New To Overflow Church
Who we are:
Overflow Church is full of everyday people just like you. We struggle with balancing the every growing demands of life! Because we are real people we understand the things people struggle with on a day-to-day basis. No matter where you have been, or what you may have done, you can find a place here at Overflow Church.
Where we are:
Overflow Church meets at 1110 S. Oneida St. every Sunday morning for our Sunday Celebration Service. In addition, we have Life Groups that meet throughout the city.
What are we about:
Overflow Church is about making Jesus famous in the Fox Valley Region. This will be accomplished by serving people because Jesus loves them. We want to see people feel like they can make a difference, and impact this world in which we live. So many people simply want to be happy, but that fluctuates so much with what is happening in our daily lives, so here at Overflow we want to help people tap into the overriding JOY that comes from a relationship with Jesus. Overflow about helping those spiritual seekers, and far from God become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
What to Expect at Overflow:
When you visit Overflow at either a Sunday morning service or at one of our Life Groups you can expect to be greeted with a warm hello, and invited into a welcoming atmosphere. The feeling many of our visitors experience is the warmth and love of a group of people much like themselves trying to understand their place in this life.
The Sunday services consist of a time of worship, prayer, and preaching. The worship is contemporary in style, and the preaching is practical and applicable to everyday life.
Life Groups are a time to enjoy a meal together, develop friendships, and learn about the Word of God. Each life group is designed to have a time of fellowship, and a time of discussion so each person to apply the Word of God to their life in a real way.
